If you would like to sync your Google and Outlook calendars you might want to check out a product we offer called Connect.

Connect lets you sync Outlook, Google, and 30 Boxes calendars.

Along with our product there are a number of other 3rd party products out there, just check out the Google Enterprise Gallery.
